		<description>Few months back we did this WOD and on my 9th squat(135#) of the first set I pinched what I believed to be a nerve on my lower back. I was so pissed and tried not to show it because I like to think I don&#039;t get hurt. I remember telling Gabe &quot;I&#039;m going to have to pass on this one&quot; and left. I didn&#039;t do Crossfit for about a week. I ended up doing and finishing the Bastion Half Marathon that week with a painful lower back. Ever since its been bugging me that I didn&#039;t finish the Manion WOD. But enough with my b****ing.  I&#039;m state side now and I noticed that the Manion WOD was up again.  I ended up doing it in 36 minutes. Hope everyone is doing well out there. Crossfit LNK made my mornings. Thanks to everyone that made it painful and enjoyable at the same time.
